Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate in Minneapolis, Minnesota! This role is pivotal in our process of getting products to our customers quickly and accurately. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment responsibly and safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock put-away.
- Utilize WMS to manage inventory and track order status.
- Follow all established procedures for warehouse operations.
- Wear required PPE, such as safety shoes and gloves, consistently.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is advantageous.
- Ability to handle lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all protocols.
- Must be comfortable wearing necessary PPE.
- GED or High School diploma is typically required.
