Join our growing logistics operation in Tampa, Florida, as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to accurately fulfill customer orders. This role is the backbone of our e-commerce fulfillment process, ensuring that products are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment with speed and precision. You will be working in a dynamic warehouse environment where efficiency and accuracy are highly valued. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from shelves according to order slips.
- Inspect picked items for damage before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Label packages for shipment.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory movement.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Assist with receiving and stocking inventory as needed.
- Contribute to team goals for order fulfillment speed and accuracy.
- Perform lifting duties as required, typically up to 45 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Previous picking and packing experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic reading and math skills for order accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Willingness to perform moderate lifting.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is a plus.
