Job Summary:
We're looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Boise, Idaho. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in managing the flow of products through our distribution center, from receiving to shipment. Your primary responsibilities will include order picking, packing, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of all outgoing shipments. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to Safety and efficiency. This position involves physical activity, including significant amounts of Lifting, and requires the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Adherence to all safety regulations, including the correct use of provided PPE, is mandatory. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using scanning technology or manual pick lists.
  • Inspect products for quality control before packing.
  • Package items securely to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Affix appropriate shipping labels and documentation to packages.
  • Organize and stage completed orders for carrier pickup.
  • Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
  • Follow all established Safety protocols and procedures.
  • Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts as required.
  • Perform necessary Lifting and movement of goods, adhering to weight limits.

Requirements:
Ability to perform frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs). Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment setting is preferred. Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Capacity to work at a steady pace in a dynamic environment. Excellent teamwork and communication abilities. Understanding of basic logistics processes.
