As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and assisting with shipping and loading. Your role is vital to our overall logistics success, ensuring products move smoothly through our facility. We require individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and possess a strong commitment to Safety and teamwork. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent manual handling and Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Experience with warehouse equipment and a basic understanding of inventory management are beneficial. You will be expected to follow all company guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack items securely for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all warehouse areas.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and procedures.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of basic Logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to comply with PPE requirements.
