Become a key player in our high-volume fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California, as a Fulfillment Associate. This dynamic role is at the heart of our operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed with speed and accuracy. You'll be involved in various aspects of the fulfillment process, from picking products to packing orders and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities include using scanning equipment, meticulously checking order accuracy, and ensuring proper packaging for transit. We emphasize teamwork, continuous improvement, and a strong commitment to Safety. Regular manual handling and significant Lifting are involved, so physical stamina is a must. The use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory for your safety. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verify order accuracy before dispatch.
- Operate scanning equipment and technology.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Wear required PPE consistently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to handle frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is a plus.
- Understanding of basic Logistics and supply chain operations.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to use all provided PPE.
