Job Summary:
We are hiring Fulfillment Associates for our bustling New York City, New York location. This dynamic role is at the forefront of our logistics operations, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer orders. You will engage in a range of warehouse activities, including receiving goods, stocking shelves, picking items, packing orders with care, and preparing them for shipment. Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment is paramount, and strict adherence to all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE, is expected. This fast-paced position requires individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting. You will use technology to manage inventory and fulfill orders, collaborating with a team to achieve operational goals. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are eager to contribute to our established logistics network. Responsibilities:
  • Pick items accurately from warehouse locations using order lists and RF scanners.
  • Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Stock received inventory into appropriate warehouse locations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to 5S principles.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including proper wear of PPE.
  • Assist with inventory control and cycle counting procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet operational deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the shift.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety best practices and logistics operations.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
