Job Summary:
Are you a detail-oriented individual seeking a rewarding career in logistics? Our Richmond, Virginia location is looking for a diligent Fulfillment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. Your contribution is vital to ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth flow of our operations. You will work with a dedicated team to process orders, manage inventory, and maintain a safe and organized workspace. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding our high standards for Safety. Expect to be involved in various tasks that require Lifting and moving of products. A thorough understanding of our fulfillment processes and the importance of proper PPE is essential. This role is key to our logistics success.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
  • Prepare shipping labels and documentation.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stocking and cycle counting.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment, prioritizing Safety.
  • Follow all instructions regarding the use of PPE.
  • Handle Lfiting and moving of packages of various sizes and weights.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is beneficial.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and perform frequent Lfiting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
  • Familiarity with inventory systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to wearing appropriate PPE.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics and shipping procedures.
