Are you looking for an active role in Las Vegas, Nevada? We are hiring Picker/Packers to support our growing e-commerce operations. In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from our warehouse stock to fulfill customer orders and then carefully packing these items for shipment. This job requires precision, speed, and a strong sense of responsibility to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction. You will be navigating our warehouse regularly, which involves considerable walking, standing, and frequent lifting of products. Maintaining a safe working environment is critical, so all team members must adhere to established safety procedures and consistently use the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order tickets and system guidance.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Efficiently and safely pack items into appropriate shipping containers.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and wear designated PPE.
- Meet daily picking and packing quotas while ensuring high quality.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a picker/packer or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
- Must be able to handle frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse logistics and inventory principles.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
