We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate in Atlanta, Georgia, to help us efficiently process and ship orders to our valued customers. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including picking items for orders, carefully packing them for shipment, and preparing them for distribution. You will work with a team to ensure accuracy and speed, contributing to the overall success of our logistics chain. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace Safety, and all employees must adhere to safety guidelines and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves significant physical activity, including regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. We are seeking energetic, detail-oriented individuals who are eager to contribute to a positive and productive warehouse environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using handheld scanners or other devices.
- Inspect products for damage before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Label and stage packages for shipment.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety standards and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE as required.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is advantageous.
