We are seeking motivated and reliable Distribution Center Associates to join our dynamic team in Jacksonville, Florida. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring that products are received, processed, and shipped efficiently. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in various warehouse activities, contributing to the seamless flow of goods through our logistics network. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, sorting, and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving incoming inventory and stocking shelves. We emphasize a strong commitment to safety and require all associates to adhere to strict protocols, including the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs. We are looking for individuals who are team-oriented, possess a strong work ethic, and are eager to learn and grow within our organization. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Sort and stage merchandise for outgoing shipments.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Utilize provided PPE at all times.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform repetitive Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
