Advance your career as a Reach Truck Operator in our Omaha, Nebraska facility! We are seeking experienced and safety-focused operators to manage our high-density racking systems. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a reach truck to put away and retrieve inventory, load and unload trailers, and assist with order fulfillment. Precision and a strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols are crucial. You will be an integral part of our logistics team, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintaining inventory accuracy. We are committed to providing a secure and productive work environment. - Operating a reach truck to move, stack, and retrieve inventory efficiently.
- Loading and unloading trailers with accuracy and speed.
- Replenishing stock in high-level racking systems.
- Assisting with order picking and staging processes.
- Conducting daily inspections and maintenance checks on reach trucks.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records by scanning items and updating the WMS.
- Strictly following all company safety regulations and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborating with team members to achieve daily logistics goals.
- Participating in training sessions to enhance skills and safety awareness.
- Performing other warehouse duties as needed, which might involve some manual lifting.
