Seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Clerk for our Kansas City, Missouri facility! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our logistics operations. Your primary responsibilities will include unloading trucks, verifying incoming inventory against purchase orders, and inspecting goods for any damage or discrepancies. You will accurately record received items into our inventory management system, ensuring data integrity. Maintaining a clean and organized receiving area is also essential. Safety is a top priority, and you will be required to wear appropriate PPE at all times and follow all established safety procedures. This role may involve moderate physical exertion, including the Lifting of packages and containers, generally up to 50 pounds. You will work closely with other warehouse staff to facilitate the smooth flow of goods into the facility. Clear communication and strong organizational skills are vital for success.
