Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control procedures.
- Conduct regular physical inventories and cycle counts.
- Analyze inventory data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage stock levels to meet demand while minimizing holding costs.
- Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of inventory.
- Train and guide warehouse staff on inventory best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to optimize inventory flow.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory control or management.
- Strong understanding of inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations.
