We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Dallas, Texas. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring efficient receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, operating hand trucks, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within the logistics industry and contribute to a fast-paced supply chain. You will work closely with supervisors and fellow team members to meet daily operational goals. Adherence to all safety protocols and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. Significant Lifting may be required throughout the shift. We pride ourselves on our commitment to safety and efficiency in all aspects of our logistics operations. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequences.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Identify and report damaged, or misplaced inventory.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and secure.
- Perform inventory counts and checks.
- Adhere to strict Safety guidelines and company policies.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
