Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate at our Grand Rapids, Michigan location. This role is central to our e-commerce operations, involving the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. You will be responsible for picking items from inventory, packaging them securely, and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders accurately using electronic or paper-based systems.
- Pack orders carefully to ensure product protection during transit.
- Label packages for shipping according to carrier requirements.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, including stocking shelves.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle checks to ensure accuracy.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Support the overall logistics and fulfillment process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 45 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of logistics procedures.
