Exciting opportunity in Seattle, Washington! We are seeking energetic and reliable Picker/Packers to join our fast-paced logistics team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and then carefully packing them for shipment. Your precision and efficiency are key to ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work with a variety of products, requiring careful handling and attention to detail. A strong commitment to safety is paramount; you must follow all warehouse safety procedures and wear the designated PPE at all times. This position requires the ability to perform consistent lifting of items up to 45 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations according to order specifications.
- Verify picked items against order sheets to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required PPE consistently throughout the shift.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse picking and packing role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret order pick tickets accurately.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to perform consistent lifting of up to 45 lbs.
- Willingness to comply with all safety regulations and PPE requirements.
