Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including stock on hand, receipts, and shipments.
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances.
- Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming stock.
- Prepare inventory reports for management review.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of all inventory items.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols.
- Work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Operate necessary equipment safely and responsibly.
- Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all times.
- Be prepared for tasks that may involve significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations preferred.
- Proficiency in inventory management software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all regulations.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including moderate Lifting.
