Our Indianapolis, Indiana warehouse is looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, involving the handling of goods, order fulfillment, and maintaining an organized warehouse. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform regular Lifting. We are committed to a safe work environment, and all employees must follow strict safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Stock and organize products in the warehouse according to established procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other warehouse team members to meet daily goals.
- Follow proper handling techniques for various types of products.
- Support the overall logistics and supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus. Ability to perform consistent Lifting (up to 50 lbs). Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be reliable and punctual. Good physical stamina and dexterity. Team-oriented attitude. Basic understanding of logistics processes is beneficial.
