We are seeking dedicated Picker/Packers to join our bustling warehouse in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is vital to our **Logistics** operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently prepared for shipment. You will be responsible for locating items within the warehouse, picking them according to order specifications, and then carefully packing them for dispatch. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is crucial, along with strict adherence to all **Safety** guidelines and the use of appropriate **PPE**. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from shelves based on order pick lists or scanners.
- Pack items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify product information to ensure order accuracy.
- Stage packed orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all **Safety** protocols and wear all designated **PPE**.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
Ability to **Lifting** up to 35 pounds. Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work quickly and accurately. Must be **Safety** conscious and wear **PPE**. Basic understanding of **Logistics** and inventory principles. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
