We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, contributing to the efficient storage and dispatch of goods. Your duties will include receiving, processing, and storing inventory, as well as picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment is crucial, as is strict adherence to all **Safety** regulations. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting, and a commitment to quality. We provide comprehensive **PPE** and ongoing **Safety** training. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our **Logistics** network and grow within the company. The role involves regular **Lifting** and physical activity.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare items for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all **Safety** protocols and guidelines, including the use of **PPE**.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet operational targets.
Qualifications:
Must be able to perform **Lifting** of up to 50 pounds. Previous warehouse experience is preferred. Basic understanding of inventory control. Ability to work efficiently in a team environment. **Safety** focused mindset. Must wear required **PPE**. Experience in **Logistics** is beneficial. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
