Join our dynamic team as an Order Picker in Charlotte, North Carolina! We are seeking motivated individuals to accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and stage customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for navigating the warehouse using RF scanners, locating items, and ensuring the correct products and quantities are selected. This role is crucial to our logistics operations and requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. You will work closely with other warehouse personnel to maintain a smooth workflow and contribute to the overall success of our distribution center. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are essential. You will be expected to meet picking quotas and quality standards. Training will be provided, but prior experience in a warehouse setting is a plus. We are committed to your safety and provide all necessary PPE. Adherence to all safety protocols is mandatory. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent bending, stooping, and reaching. The ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds is required.
