Join our thriving fulfillment center in Cincinnati, Ohio, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for motivated individuals to play a crucial role in our logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing inventory, accurately picking and packing customer orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. You will contribute to the efficient and timely delivery of products to our customers. We maintain a strong focus on safety, and all associates are expected to strictly follow all safety regulations and wear mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role involves physical exertion, including standing, walking, and moderate Lifting of items up to 40 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming goods.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or other tools.
- Verify order contents for accuracy before shipment.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure the proper use of required PPE.
- Assist with inventory control and stock management.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow team members to achieve daily targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand order pick lists and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and moderate Lifting.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse functions.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
