Overview: Are you passionate about driving excellence and ensuring world-class quality standards? Join our team as a Quality Assurance Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in upholding ISO compliance and enhancing product and process integrity. This is a dynamic opportunity to lead audits, analyze data, and collaborate across teams to elevate our quality systems and deliver exceptional results. What You'll Do: Champion ISO compliance by implementing and managing robust quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001 and related standards) Conduct internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality procedures and regulatory requirements Create and maintain essential documentation including SOPs, test plans, and inspection reports Analyze quality metrics to uncover trends, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions Validate products and processes through rigorous testing against performance benchmarks Investigate customer complaints and process deviations, leading resolution and prevention efforts Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and resilience Mentor and train team members on quality standards, tools, and best practices Stay ahead of global environmental regulations (e.g., REACH, RoHS, PFAS, Conflict Minerals, Section 232) and ensure compliance What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience) 13 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control Hands-on experience with ISO standards and quality management systems (QMS) Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 27001, and auditing principles Knowledge of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) is a plus Strong grasp of QA methodologies, tools, and processes Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data reporting skills Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities ISO auditor certification preferred Why You'll Love It Here: Be part of a team that values precision, innovation, and continuous improvement Work in a fast-paced environment where your insights make a real impact Grow your expertise in global quality standards and regulatory frameworks Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the future of quality excellence Hourly Rate $25 - $30 / hour What We Offer You We offer great family-friendly benefits to full-time associates: Healthcare plans Dental & vision Paid time off Paid parental leave 401(k) retirement savings with company match Professional and personal development programs Opportunity to become a shareholder Employer-paid short- and long-term disability Employer-paid life insurance for spouse and dependents Robust wellness program Gym reimbursement Employee Assistance Program (EAP) We're proud to be a military-friendly company, and our many employee resource groups (ERGs) help you make connections and feel supported.
