Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate in Houston, Texas! We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to play a key role in our warehouse operations. You will be involved in various aspects of order fulfillment, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. This position is crucial for ensuring our Logistics network runs smoothly and efficiently, guaranteeing that our customers receive their orders promptly and accurately. We provide comprehensive training and expect all associates to follow strict Safety protocols and utilize necessary PPE.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
- Place received goods into appropriate inventory locations.
- Accurately pick items from inventory according to customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and professionally for shipment.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and consolidation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and discrepancy resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to perform frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to upholding high Safety standards.
- Familiarity with Logistics operations is a plus.
- Willingness to wear all mandated PPE.
