They are now actively looking for a Senior Engineering Manager/ Director for the Hardware Engineering Team.Lead the design and development of high-efficiency power conversion solutions (e.g., DC-DC converters), exploring innovative architectures and control techniques to optimize performance.Define the Battery Management System (BMS) product roadmap for both grid-scale energy storage and electric vehicle applications.Provide hands-on support during product field deployment and offer technical assistance to key customers as needed.Play a key role in the team’s expansion and overall success. What You Bring:BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.10+ years of experience in relevant roles.Strong knowledge of Battery Management System (BMS) design principles and characterization methodologies.Solid foundation in both analog and digital circuit design, as well as microprocessor-based system architecture.Proven experience in the design, integration, and testing of firmware- and software-controlled hardware systems.Hands-on experience working with high-power and high-voltage electronic systems.
