Are you a compassionate and energetic therapy professional who loves working with young children and helping them grow? We’re looking for a dedicated Occupational & Physical Therapy Supervisor to lead our team of talented therapists in providing exceptional, play-based therapy services for preschoolers with special needs.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and promote professional development for therapy staff.
* Supervise, mentor, and support a team of occupational and physical therapists working with preschool-aged children in a special education setting.
* Develop and manage therapy schedules to ensure children receive the services they need in a timely, organized manner.
* Oversee the creation and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring each child’s therapy goals are meaningful and achievable.
* Partner with teachers and classroom staff to integrate therapy into daily preschool routines, making learning fun, functional, and engaging for every child.
* Review reports, maintain documentation, and support administrative tasks that keep the therapy program thriving.
*Requirements:*
* Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (required).
* Valid New York state Occupational Therapy License (required).
* At least 2 years of supervisory experience (preferred).
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities, plus a genuine love for working with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
