*Atelier Nursery* is an Ofsted rated *Outstanding,* *Reggio-inspired* early years setting where *childhood* is celebrated, *creativity* is prioritised, and educators are seen as *co-researchers* alongside the children. Our beautiful, light-filled, carefully curated spaces, that are connected to *nature* and the outdoors all day support children to explore, investigate and express themselves in a *hundred languages*.

*What You’ll Do*
* Build warm, responsive relationships with children and families
* Co-construct learning experiences inspired by children’s interests
* Create environments rich in beauty, natural resources, and sensory opportunities
* Collaborate closely with our atelierista and wider team to bring projects to life
* Document learning in meaningful and reflective ways
* Contribute your unique creativity, curiosity and voice to our ever evolving practice
*What We’re Looking For*
* A passionate educator with experience in Early Years
* Someone who values creativity, connection and child-led learning
* An individual who is reflective, open-minded and eager to grow
* A practitioner excited by the Reggio Emilia Approach, or keen to learn more
* A team player who thrives in a supportive & welcoming environment

*Terms & Conditions*
To thrive in your role we ask that you:
· Hold a Level 3 Early Years Qualification
· Be experienced in working in a nursery environment.

· £25,200 pa based on 37 hours per week
