Join our growing team as an Inventory Clerk in Austin, Texas! We are looking for a meticulous and organized individual to manage and maintain accurate inventory records. This role is vital for ensuring the smooth flow of our logistics operations. You will be responsible for counting, verifying, and documenting incoming and outgoing stock, reconciling discrepancies, and performing regular inventory audits. A key part of this job involves ensuring that all inventory data is up-to-date in our system, which requires strong computer skills and attention to detail. We expect candidates to be comfortable with physical tasks, including occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds, and to follow all safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment is essential. You will collaborate closely with other warehouse staff, including shipping and receiving personnel, to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize stockouts or overstock situations. This position offers a great opportunity to be a cornerstone of our warehouse management system and contribute to the overall success of our supply chain. Responsibilities include investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, organizing stock within the warehouse, and assisting with cycle counts. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to safety are highly valued. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our logistics processes.
