Job Summary:
Become a Fulfillment Associate with our dynamic team in Durham, North Carolina! We are seeking organized and energetic individuals to support our growing fulfillment center. Your responsibilities will include receiving, processing, and preparing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. This role is fundamental to our logistics chain, ensuring timely and correct shipment of products. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying counts and quality.
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain inventory within designated warehouse locations.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, following all guidelines.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in stock counts.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to all company Safety protocols and procedures.
  • Properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Be prepared for frequent manual tasks including Lifting of packages up to 40 lbs.
  • Contribute to team efforts and support overall logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Must be capable of consistent manual labor, including moderate Lifting.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Commitment to upholding Safety standards.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Understanding of general logistics and inventory management principles is helpful.
