We are looking for dedicated individuals committed to ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various stages of the order fulfillment cycle, including receiving merchandise, picking items, packing orders, and preparing them for shipment. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding the efficiency of our distribution center. This position demands physical stamina, as you will be engaged in substantial Lifting and be on your feet for the majority of your shift. We are deeply committed to your safety and provide all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) along with comprehensive training on safe work practices. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order specifications.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, reporting any discrepancies.
- Process and stage orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (training available).
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including correct use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management tasks and stock counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of logistics processes and warehouse safety, including PPE and Lifting guidelines.
