Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! We are seeking dedicated individuals to play a key role in our rapidly growing logistics and e-commerce operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately processing customer orders, from picking and packing to preparing items for shipment. This role requires a strong commitment to detail, a fast-paced work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. You will utilize various warehouse equipment and technology to manage inventory and fulfill orders with precision. Safety is our top priority; therefore, adherence to all safety protocols and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, as well as standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout your shift. Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics environment is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners) safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as needed.
