Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory movement.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
- Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Process returns and manage outgoing shipments.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
- Handle physical demands of the role, including frequent Lifting.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures is a plus.
- Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.
