Advance your career in logistics as a Fulfillment Associate in sunny Tampa, Florida! We are searching for energetic and reliable individuals to join our fast-paced fulfillment center. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in ensuring customer orders are processed quickly and accurately, contributing directly to our supply chain success. Your tasks will include picking items from shelves, carefully packing them into appropriate shipping containers, and preparing them for dispatch. A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to a safe work environment are paramount. You will be required to use all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure your safety at all times. This role involves significant standing and movement throughout the warehouse, as well as occasional Lifting of items up to 40 lbs. We foster a team-oriented atmosphere focused on achieving operational goals and upholding the highest standards in our logistics operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Accurately retrieving products for customer orders.
- Packing items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Ensuring correct labels and shipping information are applied.
- Maintaining an organized and clean work area.
- Following all established safety procedures and guidelines.
- Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets.
- Reporting any inventory discrepancies or product issues.
- Participating in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
