Job Summary:
Join our expanding operations as a Fulfillment Associate in San Antonio, Texas! This role is central to our ability to meet customer demands, encompassing a range of tasks from receiving and stocking inventory to picking, packing, and shipping orders. You will play a crucial part in the efficient movement of goods within our warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. A strong commitment to safety is non-negotiable; all associates must adhere to stringent safety protocols and consistently use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position offers a great opportunity to be part of a vital logistics hub.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy.
  • Prepare shipments, including labeling and documentation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified).
  • Maintain inventory integrity through accurate scanning and data entry.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment within the logistics team.

Requirements:
  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners is a plus.
  • Understanding of logistics processes and safety standards.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
