About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and dependable Regional Manager to provide leadership and direction across a multi-unit retail portfolio. In this role, you'll be accountable for the overall performance of multiple stores within your assigned region, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, developing strong leadership teams, and driving sustainable business results.

You'll oversee regional operations, execute growth strategies, manage costs, and lead succession planning while ensuring full compliance with provincial and federal regulations. What You'll Do

  • Provide leadership and oversight across multiple regions and store locations
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Area Managers and senior store leadership
  • Drive talent development through strong succession planning
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals and salary reviews
  • Drive sales growth, operational excellence, and customer experience
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across the assigned region
  • Conduct regular store visits and ensure consistent execution of company standards
  • Analyze performance, identify opportunities, and implement regional action plans
  • Oversee labour, budgets, inventory, and all other KPIs
  • Analyze regional sales metrics, KPIs, and performance reports
  • Meet or exceed budget targets by optimizing revenue growth and controlling costs across the region
  • Identify trends and proactively implement strategies for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with federal and provincial cannabis regulations, OH&S standards, and company policies
  • Review audit results, financial reports, and market trends to improve performance
  • Partner with senior leadership and Head Office teams to support strategic initiatives
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to senior leadership on regional issues
  • Leveraging insights to improve store performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure smooth execution of promotions, merchandising, and branding strategies across the region

About You

  • Minimum 3-year multi-unit management experience in a retail or customer service environment
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, labour, and KPIs
  • Must be at least 18 or 19 years old (based on provincial requirements) 
  • Post secondary degree or diploma in Business Management or relevant field preferred
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between store locations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check and basic security clearance
