What Youll Do Operate autonomously as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring across the TRS division to recruit for roles such as Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Firmware Engineers, and related positions. Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques, tools, and automation to improve candidate management and data extraction processes. Collaborate with the talent acquisition team, hiring managers, and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy, guide process improvements, and drive high-impact, complex hiring projects. Apply breadth and depth in recruiting tools and industry best practices, acting as a SME to ensure adherence to processes that impact reporting and hiring strategy. Leverage knowledge of labor market trends related to hiring. Own and execute pipeline direction with metrics-based measurement, including sourcing outreach, candidate data, and offer/close rates. Bring extensive recruiting experience to resolve complex talent problems and improve processes in line with hiring objectives. Manage the hiring roadmap and execution to meet goals for multiple teams, communicating objectives and priorities clearly. Direct the application of existing principles and processes while guiding the development of new policies and ideas.
Required Qualifications
BA Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in divisional hiring. Ability to convey complex information clearly and drive a data-driven narrative. Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a focus on stakeholder alignment. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of influencing organizational practices. Knowledge of recruitment technology and a passion for innovating processes to achieve TA goals. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in startups, tech, and hardware domains (AAV, UAS, AUV, Weapons, or related programs). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot routine obstacles. Direct, succinct, and timely communication with strong active listening skills. Ownership for outcomes and continuous improvement of the business. Continuous learner with openness to feedback and iteration.
Compensation and Benefits
US Hourly Range: $70$80 USD. The salary range is an estimate based on compensation factors and may vary by experience, education, and other considerations. Anduril includes equity for many full-time offers and provides comprehensive benefits for eligible employees. Health coverage options (medical, dental, vision).
