We are seeking diligent and energetic Picker/Packers to join our dynamic logistics team in Denver, Colorado. As a Picker/Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include locating and retrieving items from warehouse shelves, accurately scanning and documenting picked items, and expertly packing them for shipment. Attention to detail is paramount in this role to minimize errors and maintain customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders using a handheld scanner or pick list.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Verify item accuracy against order details before packing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines, including proper lifting techniques.
- Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
- Contribute to team goals and efficiency in the logistics process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or picking/packing role is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform strenuous physical activity.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Understanding of basic safety principles.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic logistics setting.
