Ideal candidates will have experience servicing different types of residential HVAC systems including: furnaces, AC, heat pumps, and geothermal units.

*Summary*
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Reporting to the HVAC Operations Manager, you will utilize your core skills in refrigeration and HVAC to ensure optimal system performance. Your premium skills in construction and schematics will aid in complex installations, while your relevant skills in mechanical knowledge and equipment repair will enhance service quality. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a dynamic work environment. *Responsibilities*
* Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
* Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to refrigeration and air conditioning units.
* Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to execute installations accurately.
* Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
* Collaborate with construction teams and property maintenance staff to ensure seamless operations.
* Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
