Über
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
* Administer physical therapy interventions in accordance with prescribed protocols and best practices
* Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, techniques, and home care strategies
* Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic and effective patient care
* Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
* Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and patient care principles
* Experience in one or more of the following areas: hospital settings, geriatrics, acute care, pediatrics, or orthopedics
* Proficiency in trigger point therapy preferred
