Naugle Heating & Cooling is growing, and we’re expanding our service offerings to include full-scale plumbing. We are seeking a *licensed Master Plumber* to join our team and help build and lead this new division.
This is a full-time role with strong long-term opportunity, company support, and the ability to shape the plumbing operations from the ground up.
*What We’re Looking For*
* *Licensed Master Plumber* (Michigan)
* Ability to make your license available to the business
* Strong experience with residential plumbing systems (service and install)
* Ability to work independently and manage plumbing projects
* Great communication and customer service skills
* Leadership mindset — desire to help build processes, oversee plumbing work, and ensure compliance and quality
*What You’ll Do*
* Perform residential plumbing service and installation
* Provide oversight and compliance under your Master Plumber license
* Work closely with management to build plumbing operations and offerings
* Manage plumbing workflow and uphold code standards
* Support HVAC-related plumbing needs (water heaters, gas lines, humidifiers, drains, etc.)
* Serve as the subject matter expert for plumbing within Naugle

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour
