*What You’ll Do*
* Lead and mentor plumbing technicians
* Perform residential and commercial service repairs
* Diagnose plumbing issues efficiently and accurately
* Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
* Maintain clear, organized documentation (HouseCall Pro experience is a plus)
* Support team development and division growth
