*Position Summary:*
Provide comprehensive, individualized physical therapy services- including evaluation, treatment planning, functional training, patient education, and development of home programs- designed to improve independence and quality of life.
*What You’ll Do:*
* Conduct patient assessments and create goal-driven treatment plans
* Deliver skilled therapy interventions based on best practices
* Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and strategies
* Collaborate with physicians, PTs, and support staff
* Accurately document patient progress and outcomes
* Foster a supportive and positive rehabilitation experience
*What You Bring:*
* Current Colorado Physical Therapy license (or eligibility within 6 months)
* Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
* Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Passion for empowering patients to regain function and independence
