Requirements Must have: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Proven experience in at least two of the following areas: Embedded C++ Software, Embedded Software Security, Software Architecture Design and Implementation. Proficiency with embedded Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) such as Green Hills, Integrity, Wind River VxWorks, or Linux. Experience in developing complex systems integrating hardware, firmware, and software. Active and transferable final Secret U.S. government?issued security clearance, required prior to start date with the capability of obtaining program access thereafter.
Responsibilities
Design, architect, implement, test, and troubleshoot integrated embedded real?time software within heterogeneous systems that include firmware and hardware. Collaborate within a cross?functional team to define, refine, and enhance product concepts, implementation strategies, testability, and ensure measurable quality. Provide teaching, coaching, and mentorship to junior staff members. Contribute to proposal development and participate in preliminary and critical design reviews. Ensure eligibility to obtain program access as required.
