A dynamic and challenging role as a Demi Chef de Partie has become available.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in high-pressure kitchen environments, preferably within fine dining or Michelin-starred establishments.

• Assist the senior chef in preparing, organizing, and executing all components of assigned stations with precision and efficiency
• Execute prep, mise en place, and basic cooking tasks with consistency, cleanliness, and attention to detail
• Ensure that all ingredients are properly labeled, stored, and rotated according to established kitchen standards
• Support plating and service during busy periods, maintaining speed and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation reflecting the highest standards of hygiene and safety
• Participate in daily briefings, tastings, and kitchen-wide prep and breakdown processes
