Responsibilities:
- Accurately select items from inventory based on order specifications.
- Package products using appropriate materials to ensure safe transport.
- Verify the contents of each order against the picking list.
- Apply shipping labels and other necessary documentation.
- Maintain tidiness and organization within the picking and packing stations.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety standards and protocols, including proper use of PPE.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily shipping targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking, packing, or a similar role in logistics.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Dedication to safety practices and using required PPE.
