This pivotal role within our logistics operation is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular cycle counts, and ensuring the integrity of our stock. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and accuracy of our distribution processes. We are committed to a safe working environment and provide all necessary PPE . While this role is primarily focused on accuracy and analysis, it may involve occasional physical tasks, including Lifting of items up to 30 lbs, and movement throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, proficiency with inventory management software, and a dedication to upholding high standards of accuracy and **safety**. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS)
  • Implement and improve inventory control procedures
  • Monitor stock levels and identify slow-moving or obsolete items
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations
  • Properly use all provided PPE

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
  • Proven experience in inventory control or a similar warehouse role
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform basic physical tasks, including occasional Lifting
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and best practices
