We are seeking reliable and energetic Warehouse Associates to join our growing logistics team in Durham, North Carolina. This role is fundamental to our daily warehouse operations, involving a variety of tasks such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. You will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient flow of inventory and accurate order fulfillment for our valued customers. A strong commitment to Safety and a diligent work ethic are essential for success in this position. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specific instructions.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on warehouse Safety .
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and support overall Logistics efficiency.
- Perform tasks requiring moderate to heavy Lifting , up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but not required for motivated individuals.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting .
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to wear required PPE , such as safety shoes and vests.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and basic Logistics principles.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
