Our Kansas City, Missouri location is looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to support our expanding logistics network. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities focused on maintaining the efficiency and organization of our warehouse. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. We seek individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to workplace safety. Experience with warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus. Your role is crucial in ensuring that goods are handled properly, inventory is accurate, and orders are dispatched on time. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and system updates.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse machinery as needed.
- Be prepared for regular lifting of items up to 45 pounds.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role preferred.
- Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics.
- Physical strength and stamina to handle manual tasks, including lifting and standing for long periods.
- Must wear designated PPE as required for the role.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Reliable and punctual.
