Job Summary:
Are you ready to be a key player in our Durham, North Carolina fulfillment center? We are looking for dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our fast-paced logistics team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our order processing, responsible for ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands. This is a critical position within our supply chain, requiring a proactive approach to warehouse operations and a strong commitment to safety.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse stock based on customer orders.
  • Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
  • Pack orders with care and precision, ensuring products are protected during transit.
  • Stage packed orders for shipping carriers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, as trained.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and the proper use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and assist colleagues as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is a plus.
  • Ability to work with speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
  • Capability for consistent lifting (up to 45 lbs) and performing physically demanding tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of safety procedures and commitment to following them.
  • Must be reliable and able to work flexible hours if needed.
  • Ability to stand and move for the entire shift.
