You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving and inspecting incoming goods, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing shipments for dispatch. Maintaining an organized and safe work environment is a top priority. You will operate material handling equipment, contribute to inventory accuracy, and collaborate with team members to meet operational goals. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload shipments; verify contents against orders.
- Place received items into designated storage locations.
- Pick items accurately based on order requirements.
- Pack orders securely for safe transit.
- Prepare outbound shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment safely.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
- Perform tasks involving regular lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives.
- Support all aspects of the logistics process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical capacity to perform tasks including frequent lifting, standing, and bending.
- Dedication to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
